Customer Service

Bicycle Specialists in Webb City, MO is looking for one or two full time mechanic/sales/Customer Service rep to join our team. We are located on 1206 W Mac Arthur Drive Suite H. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

*Greet customers and make them feel at home *Answer any questions the customers may have about cycling *Assist Customers in service and repair needs *Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment *Respond to all customers in a friendly and professional manner

Qualifications

*Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled customers / employees *Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments and follow directions *Ability to problem solve and communicate needs as customers bring in their bikes for service *Good communication skills with customers, upsell and suggest items that will help the customers cycling experience

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays and Mondays. Compensation is $10.00 - $12.00/hour.
