We are looking for a Customer Onboarding Specialist to join the Account team in a remote environmentwith weekly business travel throughout the US. You will be helping UVeye facilitate a smooth and effective onboarding experience for our new customers, offering them the guidance, training, and assistance required to swiftly adapt to UVeye's products and services, fostering a successful and mutually beneficial partnership.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Quickly acquire and maintain a high level of expertise in UVeye software products, remaining a subject matter expert from both an internal and user perspective.
- Conduct on-site and virtual/webinar consultations, training sessions, and product implementations.
- Handle tasks of varying complexity related to customer installations and product training.
- Secure approval and support from dealership leadership for new processes and technology, aiding in customer transition to other UVeye teams post-implementation.
- Offer guidance on processes and best practices, particularly related to revenue-generating features, to ensure robust, high-volume product usage, fostering valuable, long-term relationships for UVeye and its clients.
- Provide constructive feedback to internal teams based on insights gained from customer implementation and training experiences.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager and Sales team to propose additional UVeye solutions tailored to clients' processes and business needs.
- Actively contribute to development of existing and future training materials, including PowerPoint presentations, visual aids, quick reference guides, and instructional videos.
- Thoroughly document all training activities in UVeye’s internal CRM (Monday.com or SalesForce)
- Display the ability to sit for extended periods and maintain focus throughout the workday.
- Fulfill any other assigned duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer interfacing role.
- Exhibits outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, actively seeking feedback, and accurately transmitting information while listening effectively.
- Possesses exceptional presentation skills and a track record of teaching, training, and presenting, whether one-on-one or to large audiences.
- Demonstrates self-motivation and operates effectively with minimal supervision.
- Must excel at building relationships and establishing quick rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills are essential for effective multitasking, task prioritization, and proactive follow-up.
- Adapts successfully to changes in a fast-paced work environment and handles unexpected events or delays adeptly.
- Displays professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment in interactions with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google’ Productivity Suite is a requirement.
- Willingness to undertake any other related or additional responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
- Adheres to any PPE requirements onsite at customer locations.
Bonus if you have:
- Familiarity with DMS or dealer inventory systems is preferred.
- Previous experience within an automotive service department, software implementation experience is preferred.
