Summary:
The Customer Intake Specialist Partner at E-Z Weld will initiate the order process for customer accounts. They will support internal and external opportunities, as well as partnerships for long-term business growth and profitability. This is a highly interactive and transactional position, responsible for providing a consistent and positive customer experience.
This role serves as a main customer contact on a day-to-day basis and provide support for the company. Successful Intake Specialist will have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communication skills, attention to detail and commitment to E-Z Weld customers. This is the perfect role for someone looking to join an organization with room to grow and learn PVC conduit Pipes and CPVC Solvent cement and Primers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Adhering to standard work procedures, enters customer orders into System, confirms orders and delivery dates and follows-up on order status inquiries.
1. Ensuring Order accuracy upon entry and all customer order requirements are on the Customer profile.
3. Answer and respond to all inquiries received via telephone, email, and website leads.
4. Maintain E-Z Weld Digital File Sales Order, Invoice, and Shipping Documentation in Teams
5. Responsible for maintaining Onboarding customers and setting up new ship-to accounts for customers.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft software
7. Identifies and escalates order management issues to Manager.
8. Will partner with various departments including, but not limited to Accounting, Logistic, Planning, Quality and Warehouse
9. Update quotes to deliver pricing information to customers.
10. Build and maintain strong trusting professional relationships with E-Z Weld External and Internal customers.
Customer Intake Specialist Partner Required Skills and Qualifications:
· High School degree required.
· Minimum 1 years Customer Service experience with history of building successful relationships with Internal and External customers.
· Strong communication and organization skills
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook
· Strong attention to detail
· Salesforce experience
· Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.
