About This Opportunity:
Docebo is looking for a skilled Trainer to join the Customer Education team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine a passion for learning and customer impact to deliver exceptional training experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead live functional and technical training sessions virtually, at a Docebo office, or on-site with a Customer utilizing a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, and tools to create an engaging training experience.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of Docebo’s suite of products, apps, and services.
- Be able to take complex technical concepts and make them easily digestible and easy to understand.
- Communicate via phone, email, and/or online meetings with training attendees.
- Stay up-to-date on product functionality by partnering with the product and Go-to-Market teams and update training materials as needed.
- Manage multiple training projects simultaneously and prioritize against department objectives and key results.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the development and/or maintenance of training materials including content development, training environment setup, and course feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify customer training needs and develop actionable plans to improve the Customer Education experience including, but not limited to, processes, tools, and technique.
- Ensure content adheres to consistent style, tone, and approach by following the Docebo Brand guidelines.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of training sessions to both internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in a technical education role in the Learning Management industry
- Must have previous experience with Docebo products
- Superior communication skills and an excellent grasp of the English language to communicate complex concepts to both functional and technical audiences
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and/or instructional design
- Expert presentation skills
- Training Video Creation
- General knowledge of programming languages
- Knowledge of IT networking basics
- Understanding of REST Web Services, PHP, Javascript, HTML, CSS, MySQL, Amazon AWS, Enterprise Level Application
- Proficiency in learning tools (Articulate, Camtasia, Wistia, Pendo, etc.)
- Flexibility to travel if needed
