Customer Care Representative
Thomasville, GA | Temp to Perm | $15.45 / Hour
An internet services call center is seeking a Customer Care representative to act as a liaison, provide product or services information, answer questions, and resolve any problems that our customer accounts might face. In this role, you must have excellent customer service skills, time management, and the ability to think critically and solve problems.
Responsibilities
- Provide first level support to customers that are eligible for the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program
- Submit all documents to USAC for reimbursement of internet services provided
- Answer phone calls for Thomasville, Cairo, Moultrie, and Camilla to register customers for a program discount
- Setting up the discount on customer’s accounts in the billing systems
- Handle weekly and monthly reporting for the program
- Complete other duties as directed
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to lift and move 25 pounds
- Have reliable form of transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Work well in teams and individually
- Self-motivated and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Excellent communication skills
Location: Thomasville, Georgia
Pay Rate: $12.25 / Hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00AM – 5:00PM
