Summary and Attributes:
LakePoint is seeking individuals who want to play a key role in providing an excellent guest experience throughout Food & Beverage, Operations, and Facilities. Team Members will have the opportunity to grow and develop their skillset through their advancement within our Guest Experience Team. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain premium guest experience.
- Serve as the main contact of gate operations regarding any issues or concerns during scheduled shifts.
- Responsible for the supervision of opening/closing gate procedures.
- Ensure that company policies are enforced. Participate in company safety initiatives and implement robust action plans to address safety issues in the area of responsibility.
- Provide an exceptional guest service through elevated language, timely transactions, and a clean work environment.
- Serve as on-site facilitator to onboarding team members for orientation, training, on-job training, and performance tracking.
- Analyze team member performance and assist in implementing plans, procedures, and strategies to further team member development.
- Reporting of daily operations and guest feedback.
- Work alongside the company’s mission, vision statement, purpose statement, and values.
- Analyze process workflow, team member and space requirements and equipment layout; implement changes.
- Professionally handle emergency situations and make sound judgment decisions.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must have a valid Georgia Driver’s License.
- Must be able to follow all policies and procedures.
- Excellent mathematical, multitasking, and computer skill
- Able to prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Must possess a positive attitude and reflection of our CHAMPIONS values

Experience: Customer Service (preferred)
Work Environment:
Work areas may be in outdoor or inside facilities, meaning weather elements may affect surroundings. Most work takes place in an outdoor setting in a variety of weather conditions while standing, walking, bending, and lifting for long periods of time. Employee may operate a variety of small and medium equipment on a regular basis.
