- Assisting customers with order status in-store, on the phone, and via email and text.
- Assisting customers in loading of equipment into their vehicle.
- Directing sales inquiries to the Sales Representatives.
- Selling additional add on items during pick-up orders.
- Assist with merchandising showroom floor.
- Audit pending customer pick-up orders.
- Complete outbound calls to customers on completed parts and service orders.
- Schedule customer deliveries.
- Take payment from customers in form of cash, credit card, and account.
- Utilizing wide variety of resources to help solve issues for customers and build on our excellent reputation for customer service.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
- Proficient with standard desktop software
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks
- Part-Time position working 25- 30 hours a week.
- Full-time position 40- 45+ hours weekly during peak season (March - June).
