Ø Inbound Call Ticket Creation - Accurate and Timely
Ø Sales Order Entry Process - Completed Accurately and Timely
Ø Customer Service Mailbox Assignment Queue Management
Ø Data Tracking of KPIs
Ø Order Status Communication

Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED
• Based in Grand Rapids, MI.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Experience in durable products or B2B manufacturing environment preferred.
