Job Summary
SEASONAL March thru October - (Off over the Holiday Season)- We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who is passionate about delighting our internal and external customers. This person will be a member of our Customer Care team which is committed to providing best-in-class customer experiences within a high paced growing seasonal company in Grand Rapids. Available hours are between 7:30-5 Monday through Friday.
To qualify for the role, the ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a customer service position in addition to being an excellent communicator (written and verbal) and team player
Customer Care Representative

Responsibilities and Duties
- Answer phones
- Make outgoing calls to schedule appointments
- Schedule technician appointments
- Emails, Chats, voicemails with customers
- Data entry to customer accounts
Qualifications and Skills
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Computer Skills
Phone Customer Service Experience Preferred
Team Player
Detail Orientated
Ability to Work in Busy Office Environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.02 - $19.30 per hour
