- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is required
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
