SalaryCustomer Care serves as the main point of contact in all matters related to customer concerns and needs four our growing customer base. This position is on the front lines dealing with customer requests, orders, and management of our customers’ needs. Ensuring requests are ordered, delivered, invoiced, and paid is a top priority. This position is fast-paced, ever-changing and requires crucial attention to detail skills.
Objectives of this Role:
- Serve as the main point of contact related to customer concerns and needs
- Build and strengthen customer relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Ensure customer requests are completed on time and with quality
- Maintain accurate customer records
Essential Functions:
- Professional communication via phone and email
- Enter information into database for order processing
- Coordinate with distributors to meet customer expectations
- Communicate order updates to customers
- Investigate and resolve order issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Assist with periodic audits of records
Education & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required; College preferred
- Prior experience in customer service environment is highly preferred
Skills, Abilities, & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Customer service experience
- Good data entry/keyboard skills
- Proficient in basic MS office applications
- Knowledge of administration and clerical processes

Position Hours:
- Office Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, M-F
