  • $31,200.00 - $43,680.00 annually

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming and courteous first point of contact for customers.
  • Gather and record accurate customer information, ensuring all necessary details are obtained for effective communication and follow-up.
  • Book service calls or appointments efficiently, utilizing appropriate scheduling systems or software to maintain an organized and accurate booking process.
  • Listen attentively to customer concerns, inquiries, or complaints, demonstrating empathy and understanding while addressing their needs effectively.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information to customers, addressing their questions, providing solutions, and offering appropriate recommendations or alternatives as needed.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team or supervisor, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining open lines of communication with the customer.
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions, recording relevant details, actions taken, and any necessary follow-up required.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments or colleagues as necessary to facilitate timely and satisfactory resolution of customer concerns.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction goals and metrics, consistently delivering a high level of service that reflects the company's commitment to Customer Care.

Job requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in navigating computer systems and applications effectively
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word and the ability to perform tasks such as creating and editing documents
  • Strong typing skills to ensure efficient and accurate data entry
  • Desired relevant experience in roles such as Call Center Representative, Customer Care, or similar customer-facing positions
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test as part of the hiring process
  • Entry-level position requiring no prior work experience
  • No specific number of years of experience is required, making it suitable for candidates without any previous work experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S
