Job Summary:
Dean’s Plumbing is actively seeking a Customer Care Representative to expand and build upon our superior friendly and professional customer service reputation! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the telephone voice of Dean’s Plumbing to customers, receiving calls about, empathizing with and document customer plumbing circumstances, booking service calls or appointments in our scheduling software, coordinating service calls with our technicians, and professionally and effectively addressing any customer questions or concerns that arise. You will receive structured, hands-on training designed to advance your skills, responsibilities, understanding of the plumbing industry, and role within the company

Requirements:
-Authorized to work in the U.S.
-Valid Driver’s license or reliable transportation to our Beavercreek location
- A clean background check and drug test
-A commitment to superior customer service and teamwork
-Exceptional communication skills, both verbal (telephone) and written (typed)
