ARE YOU WHO WE'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR?

We're looking for a Customer Care Representative - Customer Service Rep who can manage incoming calls, assess customer needs, and dispatch technicians. In this role, you'll focus on strong Customer Service that includes building relationships through transparent communication. Handling complaints with composure, you also provide timely solutions and follow-up to ensure effectiveness. Alongside exceptional Customer Service, you'll handle administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and follow communication procedures.

To truly excel as our Customer Care Representative - Customer Service Rep, you'll need to meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Experience in customer support or client services
• Excellent dispatching skills
• Above average phone handling and active listening skills
• Familiar working with CRM systems and practices
