Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver a Wow Customer Service
- Outbound dialing between downtime (forRecurringServices)
- 35 calls scheduled per day
- Maintenance Agreement renewals
- Take payments & update billing information
- Post Card Mailers
- Log tasks appropriately
- Understanding of the dispatch board
- Offering Opportunities = ticks on board
- Cancels, changes, reschedules, & refunds
- Assist with Account/Invoice related questions
- Shadowing new CCR’s
- Pursue growth and learning
- General admin
Minimum Qualifications:
- High level of customer service experience (2-year experience)
- Strong computer skils
- Advanced verbal and written communication
- Like talking on the phone
- People person
- Friendly and outgoing
