Customer Assistance Representative - Remote/Office

We are seeking a Customer Assistance Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our valued customers. As the first point of contact, you will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will also collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and contribute to the improvement of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in a friendly and professional manner via phone, email, or chat.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, and pricing.
• Resolve customer complaints to ensure a positive experience and maintain customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about our products and services.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
