We are working towards our shared vision to be the world's best and most trusted mobility company.  The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr). The Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) will provide a high level of customer service by assisting both internal and external customers, primarily face-to-face, supporting their branch and rental needs. The CAR Sr will gain knowledge through local training and hands-on experience to provide administrative support, service customers, and act as a rental back-up in a large home city branch or airport location. This position is located at one of our offices in the Northampton/Greenfield/Amherst, MA area.Our flagship branch in this area is located in Northampton, MA at the following address:24 N King St Northampton, MA 01060 This is a full time position that pays $17.50/hour for 40 hours per week, including weekends. THIS IS A FULL-TIME SEASONAL POSITION WITH FLEXIBLE START DATE AND END DATE BETWEEN MAY 1ST 2024 AND OCTOBER 20TH 2024. Responsibilities We are hiring now for immediate openings.  Responsibilities include:Take incoming calls- reservations, rate quotes, general questions and answers, provide information and resolution for customers, other branches, insurance companies, dealerships, repair shops and other vendorsManage outgoing calls for callback management, A/Rs and miscellaneous calls as assignedProvide a high level of customer service by assisting customers and assessing their rental needs in person and over the phoneMeet and greet customers in a friendly and timely mannerProvide directions and general assistanceAssist to assess condition of rental upon returnProcess returns, check-ins and exit kiosk transactionsEffectively market the company while picking up customers up and/or dropping off customer in a safe and courteous manner and assisting customers as neededUnderstand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options and other additional equipmentResponsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance Clean vehicle interior and exterior by hand or by operating washing equipment when neededPerform various administrative and basic accounting functions such as: research and billing support tasks, accounts receivables, transfer and key logs, run miscellaneous reports, supply maintenance, process customer billingPerform miscellaneous and backup duties job-related duties as assignedEqual Opportunity Employer/Disability/Veterans Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. requiredSome College Preferred Must have at least 1 year prior customer service retail or administrative support experience Must have a valid unrestricted drivers license for at least one yearMust have no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 yearsMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.Must be willing to accept the starting pay of $17.50/hrApart from religious observation, must be able to work up to 40 hours a week - including weekends
