Customer Account Manager

We are seeking a Customer Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone line.
• Take customer orders via phone or email.
• Enter orders into production process
• Monitor production of orders to insure promised delivery dates
• Place orders with outside vendors as needed
• Assist with some bookkeeping responsibilities

​Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience in sales, customer service
• Must have previous experience in printing, copy services and/or mailing
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong organizational negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
