Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone line.
- Take customer orders via phone or email.
- Enter orders into production process
- Monitor production of orders to insure promised delivery dates
- Place orders with outside vendors as needed
- Assist with some bookkeeping responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Must have previous experience in sales, customer service
- Must have previous experience in printing, copy services and/or mailing
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong organizational negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
