Customer Account Manager
Account managers play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. Their primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction, drive business growth, and foster long-term partnerships. The specific responsibilities of an iDocket Account Manager may vary depending on the situation.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
- Understand client needs, goals, and expectations.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
- Account Planning and Strategy:
- Develop account plans and strategies to meet client objectives.
- Identify growth opportunities within the account. Get sales involved.
- Collaborate with the client to set clear, achievable goals.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand the client's challenges and pain-points.
- Identify opportunities to provide solutions that meet those needs.
- Communication and Presentation:
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of products or services to the
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports to clients.
- Problem Solving:
- Address and resolve client issue and concerns promptly.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Account Growth and Sales:
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the account.
- Collaborate with the sales team to expand the account's portfolio.
- Contract Management:
- Manage contracts, agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure compliance with contract terms and deliverables.
- Customer Feedback and Satisfaction:
- Gather and analyze client feedback.
- Take actions to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Data Analysis:
- Analyze account data and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Use data to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Reporting:
- Provide regular reports and updates to both the client and internal teams.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, customer support,
- and product development to ensure client success.
- Market and Industry Knowledge:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions that may impact the client's business.
- Customer Advocacy:
- Encourage and facilitate client advocacy, such as testimonials, referrals, and case studies.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, agreements, and
- Retention and Renewals:
- Develop strategies to retain clients and ensure contract renewals.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree-related field
- Ability to multi-task
- Clear communication both written and over the phone.
- Ability to excel in a cross-functioning team environment.
- Ability to travel throughout the state of Texas regularly.
- Ability to be flexible with hours of operation during travel assignments.
Location: Remote work with travel required throughout the state of Texas.
