Job Description
Our office is expanding and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding Customer Service team. We are currently seeking to fill a full-time sales and service position. Our Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service, upsellingand cross-selling our current clients, and at times selling tonew prospects. CSRs will processpolicy change requests, maintain knowledge of our products, and answer any questions our clients may have while strengthening relationships and prioritizing the retention of our clients.
Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge is not required but preferred as it would helpyou to get up to speed and contribute to the team faster. Comprehensive training is provided, with or without prior experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop insurancequotes, and makes sales, while providing exceptional Customer Service.
- Process customer policy changes and document requests.
- Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
- Take payments from customers.
- Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personalgoals.
Requirements
- Possess a coachable,upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency inmulti-tasking, with follow-through that exceeds client expectations.
- Customer Service experience within office environments.
- Property & Casualty license (Preferred)
- Life & Health license (Preferred)
- Sales experience (Preferred).
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish (Preferred).
