Custom and Bulk Program Specialist
Location: Fair Lawn, NJ

As part of our team, you will play a meaningful role in making the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with customers to meet their chemical needs, including understanding their monthly forecast, analyzing trends, and ensuring timely availability of necessary chemicals.
- Support customer returnable drum fleet by building reports, evaluating fleet health, and taking action to prevent stockouts.
- Process customer orders, verify accuracy of information, and monitor backorders daily.
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding expectations and resolving delivery complaints.
- Interact with internal and external partners, including sales, service, and management, to ensure high customer service levels and effective communication across functions.
- Support Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology and participate in initiatives as required.
Skills and Requirements:
- Preferred experience in asset management, supply chain and planning, or chemicals manufacturing.
- Ability to develop knowledge of our portfolio and familiarity with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Outstanding problem-solving ability and ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- An Associate's degree is required, and a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
