BASIC FUNCTION:
Culture and Organizational Development Managerwill play a key role in creating compelling programs, activities, and content to help provide the best employee experience at ESD through Learning & Development, DEI efforts and other teambuilding initiatives. Identify key behaviors and habit that contribute to a productive and inclusive work environment. Develop and implement programs to influence behavioral change among employees and facilitate departmental meetings that promote a positive work culture.
WORK PERFORMED:
- Culture transformation: Lead efforts to assess and analyze the organization’s culture. Stay current with trends, develop and implement the creation and delivery of Learning and Development activities
- Research strategic process for the organization’s current and future culture vision to achieve strategic goals
- Monitor progress and adapt strategies as needed to derive desired culture change
- Develop and manage initiatives to improve employee morale, job satisfaction, and overall well-being. Provide guidance on managing remote and hybrid teams effectively
- Partner with Senior Manager to develop training programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This involves selecting appropriate training methods, incorporating interactive and engaging training techniques, and identifying and managing relationships with external training providers, consultants, or educational institutions to leverage external expertise and resources
- Conduct detailed research and analysis on topics such as training, development, rewards, engagement, and recognition and identify best practices, organizational strengths and weakness regarding people and culture; provide assessments of the overall growth towards meeting goals to address gaps
- Collaborate with the DEI Committee to develop, execute, and measure DEI initiatives
- Assist with logistics/coordination of initiatives; work with digital marketing team to champion and align materials with our brand
- Assist with managing internal events e.g., panel discussions, webinars, surveys, and presentations
- Monitor feedback, review metrics to measure the impact of our activities and make process improvement recommendations based on data analysis and best practices
- Works in collaboration with manager to foster managerial practices that align with a positive organizational culture
- Travel up to 20% and other duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education level required: 4-year degree - HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or other relevant degree fields.
Experience required: 3-5 years relevant experience. Platform skills are strongly preferred.
Knowledge Required: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and influencing skills. Demonstrated knowledge of engagement strategies and organizational behavior fundamentals. Passion for innovative HR solutions and creating a positive work environment, and ability to work well across different functions. Organized and detail-oriented with strong time-management skills with ability to manage multiple types of assignments simultaneously. Initiative, creativity, reliability, flexibility, thoroughness.
