Our busy HVAC office is looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative for our growing company, to assist with our operations. Our ideal candidate would be detail oriented, motivated, creative and LOVE talking on the phone. We are looking for someone who is great with people (especially on the phone) because our clients are the most important part of our business.
You communicate and are able to problem solve and communicate effectively with customers, office staff and service technicians.
Dedicate time and attention to assisting customers using proper phone, email and chat etiquette to effectively solve problems, answer questions and ensure that the customer feels his or her needs have been met or exceeded.
As you are fielding customer phone calls and providing exceptional service to each customer, scheduling service routes, dispatching and communicating with technicians.
We are also calling outbound to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and schedule maintenance services.
Hours - 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday
Required Experience:
Microsoft office experience and computer proficient
Needed Skills:
Communication in writing (proper grammar and spelling) and in person
Self-starter and motivation
Dedication
Ability to work under pressure and appropriately deal with stress
Ability to manage multiple tasks
