Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. Must be knowledgeable about Casa Grande and surrounding areas. must be familiar with basic computer operations. Must display excellent customer service skills. Experience is preferred but not required.
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Take the extra mile to engage customers

Pay: $14.35 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
