Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher
Qualifications
· Previous Customer Service and or dispatch experience is required (minimum of 2 years).
· Excellent Customer Service, and problem solving skills.
· Strong communication skills.
· Works well in a team setting.
· Proficiency in using computer software and dispatch systems. Experience in Service Titan is a PLUS.
· Construction and or Home Service experience is a plus (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical).
· High School Diploma or equivalent .
· Fluent in English, bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Responsibilities
· Serve as the first point of contact for customers answering a multi-line phone system.
· Scheduling and managing appointments using Service Titan Software.
· Assist in coordinating technician schedules.
· Provide clear and accurate information about services, prices, and estimated arrival times.
· Assist in collecting from clients current and past due balances.
· Act as support to Service Field Supervisor and Service Operations Director.
