The ideal applicant should have 2-4 years of Customer Service/ call center experience and be able to perform a variety of tasks within a very busy atmosphere, make quick/accurate decisions, and have the flexibility to provide adequate coverage including rotating weekends. · Ability to handle high volume of call, SMS, and email
· MULTITASKING**
· Professionally answer and process customer incoming calls in a timely manner
· Determine customer needs and address those needs in a friendly and efficient manner
· Entering service calls into the system
· Process customer payments
· Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text messaging
· Identify and resolve customer questions or concerns
· Complete call logs and reports
· Complete incoming inquiries, outgoing follow up and response actions
· Recognize, document, and alert supervisor of trends in customer calls
· Transfer calls correctly to the appropriate team member, when necessary
· Provide customers with basic and important information regarding related services
· Recommend process improvements
· Multi-task efficiency (i.e. answering more than one call at a time, inputting information while on a call)
