Csr - Customer Service Representative

Stepstone Credit has an exciting opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Killeen, TX office. We are open Monday thru Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM. Stepstone Credit currently has six offices located in the Central TX Market and 23 in the State of Texas.

Qualifications for the Installment Loan - Customer Service Representative:

• At least 2 years of Customer Service or client-facing experience is highly preferred
• Experience in the Installment loan industry is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is highly encouraged
• Willingness to undergo a background check
• Prior experience in banking or retail will be considered
• Comfortable with telephone loan management
• Ability to be coached, eager to learn
• Strong communication skills
• Must have an outgoing personality
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities for the Installment Loan - Customer Service Representative:

• Maintaining contact with our customers and answering questions
• Managing loans and taking applications
• Contacting clients that have fallen behind on their payments
• Offering small unsecured loans as well as Title loans up to $1,700

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
