As a Baker at Crumbl Cookie, you play a crucial role in creating the exceptional and irresistible cookies that our customers love. You will be responsible for preparing, baking, and finishing a variety of gourmet cookies according to our signature recipes and quality standards. This position requires a passion for baking, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We are hiring these shifts,
6 am to 3pm
10an to 6pm
1pm to 9pm
2pm-10:30pm
Our team is always growing so we have run for part time bakers to full time bakers. There is room for growth in leadership and management. This is a fun fast-paced work environment, our store has an amazing fun loving culture. We work hard but have fun as a team.
Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
Cookie Preparation:
Follow Crumbl Cookie's recipes and guidelines for preparing cookie dough and other necessary components.
Weigh and measure ingredients accurately to ensure consistency in flavor and texture.
Baking:
Operate ovens and other baking equipment effectively and safely.
Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve the perfect texture and taste for each cookie.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular quality checks on cookies to ensure they meet Crumbl's high standards.
Address any deviations from quality expectations promptly and accurately.
Innovation:
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop new cookie flavors and variations.
Stay updated on baking trends and techniques to contribute to menu innovation.
Cleanliness and Organization:
Maintain a clean and organized baking station and work area.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic working environment.
Efficiency:
Work efficiently to meet production goals and deadlines.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow in the kitchen.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding baking schedules, inventory, and any quality concerns.
Requirements:
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed- No Sundays!
Food handler's certification or willingness to obtain one.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
