Overview
Crumbl Cookies is a renowned cookie company known for its innovative flavors and unique customer experience. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our Crumbl store. Your role will involve managing a team of dedicated cookie enthusiasts, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Crumbl cookies location
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
- Supervise and train team members, including hiring & terminations
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
Crumbl Cookie locations operate from 8am to 10pm Monday - Thursday and 8am to 12am Friday & Saturday (Closed Sunday).
General Managers work varying shifts throughout the week to develop the team and improve operations.
Most General Managers work about 45 hours a week in store but this may vary depending on demand and seasonality.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a comparable management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- High school degree or equivalent
