Area Manager

We are seeking a qualified hands-on Area Manager to join our management team. The Area Manager will oversee multiple units of the Philadelphia territory, ensuring daily operations and quality metrics are achieved, responsible for staffing development of the leadership team, as well as the crew. The ideal candidate will have proven restaurant leadership experience, including multi-site management, of at least 5 years, with demonstrated success in restaurant management and performance to budget and operating metrics, and success with leading high-volume, fast paced restaurants with exceptional customer service and cleanliness standards. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Learning, understanding, and enforcing all Crumbl policies and procedures
• Being highly knowledgeable in all aspects of Crumbl operations
• Conducting daily walkthroughs of stores to monitor their performance
• Working efficiently and training the crew to work efficiently in all areas of the store
• Maintaining and inspecting cleanliness
• Ensuring all Crumbl operation metrics are being reached
• Tracking and managing labor costs
• Interviewing and Hiring employees
• Managing store schedules
• Sourcing and delivering products
• Managing and tracking inventory orders
• Review and submit weekly payroll

Ideal candidate has the following:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required
• 5 year of previous leadership experience in restaurant/food industry is required
• Multi-unit restaurant Management experience preferred
• Labor and Food Cost management experience preferred
• Must have a flexible schedule, to meet the needs of all store operation
