Crumbl Cookies Franchise Offsite Sales Coordinator

Unique opportunity for someone interested in helping to grow a Crumbl Cookies Franchise.

We operate 6 locations with 2 on the way.

Nashville West, Hillsboro Village, Antioch and Gallatin in Tennessee. Owensboro and Bowling Green in Kentucky.

Louisville KY is on the way with one more location TBD.

This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a self motivated attitude.

Working with the store managers this coordinator will find local events/fairs/sport games/festivals to host off site sales.

They will be the point of contact for these events. They will set up the event schedule and ensure the local store is prepared to fulfill the cookies needed. They will make sure the store has the equipment needed for the event and has the staff to run it.

They will track sales and expenses for all events.

If needed they will be at the store preparing the cookies and running the event.

A thorough knowledge of Crumbl is necessary. Knowing how to prepare and serve the product is necessary.

Some in store training is required to feel confident with the product.

There is ability to work from home to coordinate the events but there is a requirement of time in store to help run events.

Travel will be a part of the job. Mileage will be reimbursed with the potential for a company vehicle if deemed necessary.

Hourly pay plus sales compensation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
