Credit Card Services Representative I
The pay range for this position is listed below. Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered, as well as for room for growth and tenure achieved in a role over time. Typical new hire salary offers fall within the minimum to midpoint of a pay range for many candidates. Any offer extended to a candidate will be based upon their unique set of knowledge, skills, education, and experience as well as internal equity.

What You'll Be Doing
Serve Members' needs by handling credit, debit, and/or ATM card inquiries over the phone. Provides technical support to front line staff.
- Assists Members and team members with account-related inquiries and/or issues and recommends alternatives
- Ensures compliance with the organization's requirements for information protection by maintaining confidentiality and security of credit union and Member information.
- Utilizes multiple systems and critical applications necessary to properly maintain Member accounts. These systems include, but are not limited to, FDR, Episys, Records On-Line, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Performs daily system file maintenance required to ensure proper Member account postings as well as more common account file maintenance including, but not limited to, exception reports, miscellaneous reports, balance transfers, 545 Queue, and account changes.
- Working knowledge of rules and regulations specifically related to department functions: i.e. Visa Regulations, Federal Regulations E and Z, and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance.
- Researches, reconciles and resolves complex Credit Card account and General Ledger issues on a daily basis.

- Complies with regulatory compliance and assigned training requirements including but not limited to BSA regulations corresponding to their specific job duties. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary and other employment related actions
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of previous related experience required
