POSITION: Credit Assistant
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Preparing prelien notices
· Assisting with Bank Deposits
· Maintaining job files
· Data entry
· Providing administrative support to the credit manager
· Completing various work projects as assigned
Qualifications:
· You have a minimum of 2 years of practical office experience
· Strong accurate data entry skills with extreme attention to detail
· You are a great communicator and follow instructions well
· Your customer service skills are top notch and your customers are top priority
· You’re efficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position - Monday through Friday.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Must be able to lift 20 to 25 pounds.
