Position Summary
Credit One Bank is looking for an Assistant Vice President of CXAnalytics and Reporting to support the Bank's growing global servicing operations team. This position will be primarily responsible for managing the reporting and leading the ad hoc and ongoing analysis for the Customer Experience Office that will guide leadership in assessing customer satisfaction and making business decisions that support a customer-centric culture.
Essential Job Functions:
- Evaluate, analyze, and report the impact and performance of operational strategies and customer experience
- Design and develop a comprehensive suite of reports in Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify key business questions and complete analysts to identify potential drivers and recommend improvements
- Leverage SAS, SQL, and other programming languages to acquire the data to analyze in ad hoc analyses
- Present findings to leadership and make recommendations for improvements; present results and recommendations in an easy-to-understand format
- Manage project requirements, analytic plans, SOWs, project timelines, and other related materials to manage deliverables
- May manage a team of up to 5 analysts and/or process owners
- Perform other duties as assigned
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, decisions sciences, statistics, or mathematics
- 5+ years' experience with SAS, SQL, R, Python, or a similar programming language
- 5+ years of analytical experience in banking, finance, insurance, retail, or gaming
- Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) for automated reporting
- Experience designing and/or mining relational databases
- Ability to think strategically and formulate appropriate recommendations to solve business needs
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to bring together a variety of teams to deliver against key strategies
- 5+ years of relevant leadership experience
