Our client located in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a Credit and Collections Analyst for a 6 month contract.
Cash Applications - Create and apply all cash receipts received for the day; Wire/ACH Remittance Entry - Log all wire remittance advices sent to the company.
Collections - Ensure invoices are paid on time, 90+ as small as possible. Improve agency and sales relationship. Collection code & note on every invoice over 30 days past due. Follow ups on invoices use the invoice escalation path. Agency sync calls/visits once a month; Political Tracking - Manage the release and tracking of political orders. Ensure proof of payment is attached, and cash is received. timely. Release orders accordingly. Organize refunds and adjustments as needed; On Account Clean Up - Investigate all payments that are currently on-account and rectify. Reduce on account balance to as close to 0 as possible.
Open Credit Clean Up - Investigate all open credits that are currently un-applied and rectify. Reduce open credit balance to as close to 0 as possible.
Payment Terms Audit - Ensure payment terms are correct on both the agency and advertiser level; PWC Audit Support - Audit support; Helpscout - Organize our AR alias email tracking tool to track and reply to all requests from both internal and external customers; Ad Hoc - provide assistance with other tasks when necessary including system integration issues; and performs all related functions as needed.
