Position Description:
The Credentialing Manager at Bierman Autism Centers is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and managing the credentialing and recredentialing processes in compliance with our operational standards and regulatory requirements. This individual acts as the primary liaison with clinicians,ensuring the timely submission and accurate management of credentialing applications,recredentialing processes, and maintaining records and documentation. The role demands a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing requirements from funding sources.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact with clinicians.
- Track credentialing application submissions and manage effective dates.
- Oversee the credentialing process and supply all necessary documents to funding sources.
- Coordinate with providers for any required updated details.Amend and adapt credentialing requirements as directed by funding sources.Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal credentialing records.
- Ensure ongoing accuracy of credentialing information, including updating provider rosters per division and funding source.
- Support and communicate with internal teams to facilitate the credentialing process.
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on credentialing progress.
- Maintain a comprehensive tracking document for credentialing activities.
- Assist providers with CAQH and NPI enrollment and maintenance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, management, or a related field is required.
- Previous experience in credentialing, healthcare administration, or a related area is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of staff and external partners.
- Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
- A commitment to acting with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient knowledge of MacOS and comfort operating in a Mac OS environment.
Basic & Physical Requirements:
- Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions
- Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
- Must be able to maintain prolonged periods of working on a computer while sitting at a desk and attending virtual meetings
