Position Overview:
The position is within the Credential Management team. Individual will assist within the team to complete projects and initiatives with providing out of the box solutions. They need to be able to perform assessment for vaulting credentials in CyberArk for managing them adhering to standards of the organization. Have excellent understanding of authentication, authorization, access control, and credential password management. Have strong Java and Windows programming skills, SDK, SQL queries, and Microsoft SQL Server experience. Follow approved software life cycle methodologies to design, create documents, perform coding and testing, assist in performance test, support and resolve issues related to SIT and UAT, and help out production implementation. They are expected to identify task inefficiencies and provide ideas for solutions, including the ability to assist with the automation of manual and semi-manual processes via development and scripting.]

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with Credential Management
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work experience.
Strong understanding of Credential Management concepts
Ability in handling of miscellaneous support requests.
24/7 on call support on rotational basis.
Handle any activities which require validation after a change deployment that often occurs after hours and/or weekends.
Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures.
Troubleshoot application/platform access issues and escalate to Tier 3 Support as necessary.
Experience providing direct support to IT business application and related infrastructure teams in a complex multi-platform operating environment
5+ years of experience supporting the day-to-day tasks associated to CyberArk operational activities.
5+ years of experience in various languages that help in creating automation of manual processes.
Experience in data extraction/transformation/loading between systems using SQL queries/CSV files/XML/relational databases.
Programming languages: Java, Perl, SQLs, VB Script, Java Script, UNIX Korn Shell Script
Development tools: Eclipse, Junit, Visual Studio .NET, Visual Basic, PowerShell, Python
Frameworks/APIs: SDK, Command Line Interfaces, ODBC, JDBC, JNDI, .NET, Win32, Win64, Web Services
Windows Servers: Windows 2016 and above.
UNIX Servers: Linux (RedHat and SUSE), Solaris, and AIX
Databases: SQL Server latest version, MySQL, Oracle RAC, Sybase, UDB
Application Servers: WebLogic and Tomcat
Protocols: Active Directory, SSL, SSH, TCP/IP, HTTP, SMTP

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $108,000 - $162,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
