Creative Marketing Director | Jane Marie
Objective: Help make Jane Marie a household name in the gift and fashion industry by transforming the customer to see her God given beauty.
Responsibilities:
· Established corporate branding standards and graphic design for all print, digital advertisements, and social media
· Keep a consistent and cohesive brand identity to customers in all forms of customer facing marketing and communication
· Identify the target customer/audience for each category of Jane Marie product for all sales channels
· Determine and execute marketing campaigns and be responsible for managing and analyzing results
· Assess the business's external – and internal communication channels, modify them where needed, and design new ones
Duties:
· Assess customer needs and help tell compelling stories quickly on social platforms by applying critical and creative thinking within a collaborative environment
· Produce marketing content digitally
· Ensure national coordination and consistency of brand communications using the same language/vibe, while helping adapt it to regional markets
· Help set Creative Marketing direction and provide hands-on guidance throughout the duration of the campaigns/projects
· Execute successful marketing campaigns
Experience Required:
· Team management: Must have led across functional teams including graphic design, photography, digital marketing, and social media. Minimum 5 years.
· Must have developed and provided creative direction to several promotional and advertisement campaigns. Minimum 7 years.
· Must have and be able to develop, create, and deploy email campaigns to bring in new customers and convert current customers
· Must have and be able to develop creative digital and social marketing campaigns
· Design email, digital, and social platform copy
· Must have created sales campaigns based on a target audience that sold a product – preferably in the fashion industry
