• Develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

• Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends in insurance law.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in Louisiana
• At least 5 years years of experience practicing insurance coverage law.
• Strong knowledge of insurance law, including coverage issues and policy interpretation.
• Proven track record of success in handling insurance coverage litigation matters.
