Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle inbound and outbound calls
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience
- Assist with resolving customer complaints or issues
Skills:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication)
- Multilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer interactions
- Proficient in data entry and able to accurately input information into computer systems
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers
