Supplemental Health Care is a nationally recognized healthcare staffing provider, partnering with a Correctional facility in Beeville, TX in search of a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).

Assignment Details:

Location: Beeville, TX

Setting: Corrections

Estimated Pay:Local Nurse: $31 - $32.67 an hour

Shift Days/Hours:

PM shift, 1745-0615

12 hour shifts on a 36/48 hour rotating matrix schedule with every other weekend required

Contract details:

13 week contract with the option to extend

Start dates: Once the 2 day orientation is successfully completed

Correctional Nurses are responsible for the performance of essential nursing duties including the execution of physician orders, operation of pill call, operation of sick call, med pass, and assisting the physician in examinations and treatments and performing technical/clinical procedures within the scope of their license.

LVN license in TX or compact license
Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience
BLS AHA Certification
Valid Driver’s License
Facility clearance/background consent/drug screening before start
