About the Role

The Customer Trainer will provide webinars and face-to-face training during the onboarding process to Law Enforcement users of the RollKall systems. This role is critical to the success of the onboarding experience and the adoption of the software and mobile app. Additionally, the role will be a subject matter expert working hand in hand internally with Project Managers, Service & Support, and Product Development Team to develop external training modules, e-learning tools, knowledge base documentation, and in-platform onboarding flows. This individual must have strong public speaking skills and ability to adapt to change resulting from a fast growing and successful company and must fit culturally with our values. It is important to be honest, hard-working, and ambitious.

What You’ll Do

  • Ability to provide software training classes virtually and in person
  • Travel is required. Travel 25-50% to locations in the United States including overnight
  • Facilitate software training sessions for audiences at all levels of the department from admins to individual users of the software
  • Build a culture of engagement during the software training sessions through effective communication, teaching, and product efficiency
  • Develop custom software training programs based on the customers’ needs and objectives
  • Collaborate with the appropriate internal business units to ensure that accounts have everything they need for success including IT, Product, Marketing, Ops, Sales, and Customer Service
  • Configure the agency within the RollKall platform to meet Sales expectations
  • Quality check all required elements designed efficiently by consulting with Product, Sales, and Customer Service
  • Collaborate with Implementation Project Managers and work cross-functionally across the sales organization to ensure success in onboarding technology
  • Assist in product configurations and setup of software based on scope of work
  • Participate in Sales and RFP demonstrations when requested
  • Manage and create Knowledge Base articles, one-page documentation for quick, internal training, and provide external, custom videos across the platform
  • Customize and maintain online onboarding software to update for each future release
  • Use of AI learning tools to improve response and service levels

Your Superpowers

  • Understanding of multiple training and education software tools similar to; Salesforce, Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Userflow, Zendesk, Loom, Google Suite, and Custom Software

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience providing customer training
  • 5+ years relevant or related customer education to training – onsite or webinar
  • Success in providing customer training of a software platform
  • Understanding of industry-related Training operations, technologies, and trends
  • Understanding of law enforcement agencies, officers, coordinators
  • Service in fast-growing SaaS business model

Compensation, Benefits & Schedule

  • Salary with bonus, based on skills and experience
  • This role requires 25-50% travel

The RollKall office serves as the hub for innovation, creative thinking, and idea sharing. As such, RollKall employees are required to work in the office three days each week, unless they have been officially authorized to work on a fully remote basis.
