- Monday - Friday, flexible hours based on personal training demand
- Opportunity to train at multiple fitness centers within the region
- This is a commission-based position with earnings directly tied to the number of clients you impact and successfully train
- Eligibility to begin at a higher commission tier based on previous experience and education
- Potential for paid fitness floor hours to build clientele base
- Nationally recognized personal training certification: ACSM, NASM, NSCA, ACE, etc.
- Current First Aid, CPR, AED certifications from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association, in-person skills component required
- 2+ years of experience as a Personal Trainer
- Demonstrate professionalism and reliability.
- Actively seek and engage potential clients to expand your clientele base.
- Engage with members on the fitness center floor and provide corrective techniques.
- Provide superior customer service with excellent verbal communication skills
- Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand clients' goals, limitations, and preferences.
- Plan and deliver a program appropriate to the goals and objectives of the client
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to clients, fostering a positive and results-oriented training experience.
- Maintain a record of each client's progress.
- Are energetic and passionate about helping clients reach their fitness goals
- Deliver a positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Apply your knowledge of exercise physiology and kinesiology
- Value continued learning and growth
