Corporate Trainer (Dean of Goldblatt + Singer University)

We are growing rapidly and in search of a Corporate Trainer who will develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive training program we call Goldblatt + Singer University (GSU). GSU will encompass every element of training within the firm including: onboarding, culture & core value training, technology, curriculum for each role/position, continuing legal and medical education, and ongoing implementation of industry best practices. The Dean of GSU will also participate in the selection and build-out of a Learning Management System (LMS) that will build, deliver, and track courses for GSU.
Our ideal candidate will be a dynamic administrator with a strong belief in the importance of ongoing training that encompasses core values, culture, knowledge, and skills. This person must be able to work independently to manage projects through to the finish line while also collaborating with members of the leadership team to build curriculum and facilitate learning.

Job Responsibilities
- Create Goldblatt + Singer University (GSU), a comprehensive training program for a 60+ member growing law firm
- Select Learning Management System (LMS) that will scale with the firm
- Work under the direction of the COO to reach firm training goals
- Work with mid-level leaders to develop curriculum/courses for each position in the firm
- Create 10 highly effective courses in GSU by the end of 2024
- Promote courses in a manner that motivates and engages team members
- Work with mid-level leaders to establish standards for team member course completion
- Track course completion in effective and efficient manner
- Create long-term goals and detailed plans for GSU that lead to high engagement and highly proficient team members
Hours
- Monday-Friday: between 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (can be flexible with your schedule)
- Saturday: Closed.
- Sunday: Closed.
