How will you make an impact?
The Corporate Controller reports to our CFO and is critical to the integrity of our financial statements. You will be leading the accounting team in the month-end processes and ensuring effective internal controls are enforced appropriately across all business units.
What will you do?
- Lead the accounting team through the general accounting duties, including month-end close procedures, ensuring our financial statements are managed on a GAAP basis.
- Oversee the completion of detailed Balance Sheet reconciliations.
- Provide expertise and assist with the post close accounting of the Purchase Price Allocation for acquisitions.
- Coach and develop staff through experiential training techniques to grow and become proficient in their role.
- Primary interface between external auditors, tax preparers and the company.
- Support management of cash, banking operations in coordination with the Financial Planning/Treasury team.
- Other duties as assigned

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 annually
(Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with industry data.) - Eligible to participate in the annual bonus and equity long-term incentive programs

How will you get here?
Education and Experience
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting. An advanced degree or CPA license and international experience is a plus.
- Requires 5+ years of relevant experience in senior-level accounting or other relevant experience in auditing, public company and/or PE background accounting.
- A combination of education, training and related experience may meet requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong working knowledge and experience with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and high attention to detail with a proven ability to manage and meet multiple competing deadlines
- Team-oriented with a natural curiosity to understand and learn all areas of the busines
- Self-starter mentality, with a willingness to independently identify and solve problems
- Advanced Excel skills and a proven track record of creating complex reports
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality in matters of high sensitivit
- Ability to navigate through ambiguity to achieve results
