- Create and distribute monthly billing to customers
- Record and reconcile incoming and outgoing checks for national accounts
- Maintain customer files to keep information current and accurate
- Build, maintain, and review Excel spreadsheet data
- Problem resolution with internal and external customers
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Some experience in accounting required
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Competency with core Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Strong working knowledge of Excel; experience with writing formulas preferred
- Professional customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a support role
- Organized and detail focused, ability to work on a variety of tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Working Environment:
- Typical indoor office environment, working space, meeting rooms, lunch room
- Physical demands for the shift consist of standing, walking, sitting for long periods of time, occasionally lifting up to 25 lbs, typing, hearing, and speaking.
Pay DOE: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
