AKABA LLC is seeking a Licensed Applied Behavior Analysts (LABA) or to be part of our enthusiastic team providing home-based ABA services. Our team offers individualized services for our clients such as direct services in the home and community, behavior/treatment plans, and parent training/involvement. Responsibilities:
Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (preferred), valid and current license as a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts or able to apply for LABA licensing, Minimum of 1 year providing ABA services.
Pay: Starting at $75.00 per/hr and up
Job Location: Worcester County
Required education: Master's Degree, LABA or BCBA Certificate
Required experience: 1-3 years providing ABA services

- Supervise ABA therapists (direct and indirect supervision)
- Write and develop programming for clients (Behavior Intervention Plan)
- Parent training
- Conduct intake and assessment (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLLS etc)
- Attend IEP meetings and Quarterly meetings
