Salary: $62,000 - $75,000 per year
Our client is a well-established, luxury Senior Living facility with locations across the West!
Responsibilities
1. Manage the month-end close process, ensuring all entries are accurate and timely.
2. Maintain the general ledger, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and balance sheet analysis.
3. Prepare and manage annual audits, following all financial regulations, laws, and policies.
4. Coordinate and assist with financial reporting for owners and stakeholders.
5. Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
6. Manage Yardi software, including data entry, report generation, and system maintenance.
7. Provide support to the finance team as needed, including special projects and ad hoc analysis.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate accounting role.
3. Demonstrated experience with month-end close, general ledger, financial reporting, and audit.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and complex formulas.
5. Experience with Yardi software is a plus!
