Provide support to Membership Office by answering primary phone line, assisting Members and guests by taking pictures and making both member and guest cards. Input member profiles, member children and employee approval forms into Visual One. Maintaining both future "goodie" bags and member orientation bags. This individual will also have the primary responsibility of greeting members and guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls
- Greet members and guests visiting the Membership Office.
- Take member pictures and make cards
- Assist non-members with guest cards, provide welcome note
- Maintain files of current year Non-Resident cards and distribute as members request
- Prepare membership packets
- Prepare weekly Office Depot orders
- Prepare purchase orders as directed and maintain accurate PO file
- Prepare orientation packets for both Equity and Non-Resident members
- Continually up-date membership bulletin board
- Coordinate monthly inventory of supplies
- Coordinate purchase of social enrollment cards
Support Functions:
In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions:
- Attend weekly Communication Meeting
- Participate in matriculation events as necessary
- Assist in daily mailing of brochures and special mailings
- Assist with daily welcomes note sent to all member-conference guests
- Assist Equity Records Administrator with specific mailings
- Coordinate Guest Development supplies
- Inventory and prepare copies of ORC Rules & Regulations & Affiliate Yacht Club brochures.

- Basic computer skills, knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel are helpful
- Ability to read and speak the English language to fully comprehend member/guest requests, memos, reservations, promotional materials, event orders and similar written materials
- Ability to work weekends and evenings
High school diploma required. Prior club experience preferred.
