Decentralized Masters is an educational platform that teaches retail customers how to leverage the new world of Decentralized Finance to preserve and grow their capital. We train customers with no prior crypto experience to become DeFi Masters with our custom made videos, live sessions, 1on1s with mentors, proprietary tools, research reports from our analysts and more. We want to create the biggest DeFi ecosystem that exists. The first step is to invade the market by creating the go-to DeFi educational platform.
Decentralized Masters has now grown to 60+ full-time employees in early 2024 and will end the year at 120+ full-time employees. Its record-breaking growth is being noticed across continents, with a potential unicorn status in the next couple of years. What will you be doing?

• Automation Management:
• Lead the creation and management of automations utilizing Zapier and other relevant platforms to optimize workflow efficiency.
• Ensure seamless integration of automation processes with existing systems.
• CRM Administration:
• Spearhead changes and additions within Close CRM, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user requirements.
• Software System Monitoring and Enhancement:
• Monitor multiple software systems for errors, bugs, and gaps, proactively addressing issues to maintain system integrity.
• Streamline and revamp internal software and integrations to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Team Support and Guidance:
• Provide expert guidance to team members in restructuring software systems (e.g., ClickUp) to optimize efficiency and align with business needs.
• Offer continuous support throughout the implementation and optimization process.
• Technology Adoption and Innovation:
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, including AI, and leverage new tools to develop smarter software systems.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge expansion within the team.
• Task Management and Automation:
• Create, update, and monitor tasks in the task management system, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Build and maintain reliable automations using Zapier or Integromat to streamline workflows.
• Communication and Documentation:
• Regularly communicate with team members via Slack, Email, or Zoom meetings to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Maintain comprehensive systems diagrams to document changes and facilitate understanding within the team.
• Quality Control and Website Management:
• Ensure tasks are completed with high quality control standards.
• Take responsibility for the design, construction, maintenance, and improvement of the company website.
• Sales Funnel Optimization:
• Manage the sales funnel by optimizing the customer journey from first contact to purchase.
• Segment leads, analyze customer behavior, create personalized experiences, and measure ROI from sales execution.

Requirements
What will you bring?

• Previous experience in streamlining software systems and integrations, preferably in the online coaching space.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and keep projects on track.
• Proficiency in ClickUp, Zapier, Miro, and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, sales pipelines, and marketing background is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of producing high-quality work under pressure.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to think creatively to overcome obstacles.
• Systems-minded approach with a keen eye for spotting inefficiencies and implementing improvements.
• Quick learner with a proactive, think-on-your-feet attitude.
• Commitment to high standards, excellence, teamwork, and client satisfaction.
